The Contract between us
To make a purchase from our web site, you must complete the on-line registration form.
A binding contract for the sale and purchase of goods between you and us will only come into effect when we issue to you confirmation of order and an order reference number to the e-mail address provided by you on the registration form. We are not obliged to accept any order(s) you submit.
Price and payment
We reserve the right to revise at any time the price of goods offered for sale on our web site without notice. All orders for goods are subject to availability and Direct Hair Products reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
Although Direct Hair Products tries to ensure that prices on this web site are accurate, errors can sometimes occur. (The prices as stated are therefore, indicative only but an accurate total price, including delivery charges, will be confirmed to you when we send you confirmation of our acceptance of your order.) If the price when confirmed, is not to your satisfaction your sole remedy is to withdraw your order and return the goods, to us in an unused condition, if already delivered to you.
Payment in full is required to be made by (any of the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Switch) through this web site prior to despatch of goods.
Delivery
We try to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery times and charges set out below. Please note the delivery times stated below are indicative only and we are not responsible for any delays. Neither Direct Hair Products or their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
Delivery times and delivery charges
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and orders for stock items will normally be processed and dispatched between 1 and 2 working days from order, depending on the items ordered.
Tax and other charges
We will charge UK VAT at 20% on all orders if applicable.
All local customs, excise, value added and import taxes are your responsibility and we will not pay these charges.
In addition, we will not be responsible for any costs, fines, taxes or duties incurred as a result of goods being seized outside the United Kingdom. We will not provide any refunds or credit notes in these circumstances.
Returns and refunds
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us by telephone or e-mail if you do not receive your order or the items appear to be damaged or faulty within 48 hours.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must contact us by e-mail, or in writing within seven working days of your receipt of the goods and provide us with your order reference number. We will have the goods returned to us and pay the costs of the return shipping. If we do not receive notification within seven days, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
If, in our opinion, the returned goods are damaged we will provide you, at our option, with replacement goods or a refund for the total costs of the goods within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods provided you have complied with the provisions above.
If we find that the goods are not damaged or faulty, we will return the ordered goods to you and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We will also charge you an administration fee of 10% of the cost of your original order.
When goods have been ordered in error or as not expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions.
A request must be made to Direct Hair Products, within seven days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Carriage charges will NOT be refunded.
For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal terms and conditions.
If you choose to return an item to Direct Hair Products please allow 14 days for administration.
Product descriptions
In describing the Products available on our web site we attempt to be as accurate as possible. Direct Hair Products, however, does not warrant that Products descriptions or other content of this web site is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the Product in an unused condition in accordance with the provisions detailed above.

Ownership of Goods
We will retain ownership of the goods you order until we receive full payment for the order including the applicable delivery charges. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Cancellation and variation of orders
You are entitled to cancel your order for goods at any time up to the point of dispatch.

Product availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we may, at our option, send a carefully selected substitute, alternatively, any sum debited to your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. The refund will be made as soon as possible after such notification and in any event within thirty days of receipt of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Warranty
All products are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty which we will honour to the extent of such warranty but all products packaged in glassware are hereby expressly excluded from this warranty.
